Brad Thomson
Paralegal
Brad Thomson has been working at People’s Law Office as a paralegal since 2004, after graduating from Manchester College with a double major in Peace Studies and Communication. He has worked closely on a number of cases, including the Muhammad Salah trial and the ongoing class action suit against the Chicago Police for detaining over 800 anti-war protesters on March 20, 2003. He was also arrested and injured that night and is a named plaintiff in the lawsuit. Since coming to Chicago, Brad has been active in a number of political groups, including Food Not Bombs and Kick Boeing to the Curb, a Chicago-based group opposed to war-profiteers. He has also been active in doing support work for the Chicago chapter of Iraq Veterans Against the War, Chicago Copwatch and numerous other radical grassroots organizations.
