Torture Survivor Michael Tillman Files Lawsuit Against City

Peoples Law Office client and survivor of Chicago Police torture filed a lawsuit today against Jon Burge and other officers who tortured him, along with Mayor Daley, Cook County and the City of Chicago for their roles in the policy and practice of Chicago police torturing suspects.
