People’s Law Office celebrates the release of Carlos Alberto Torres, Puerto Rican political prisoner who has spent 30 years in federal prison for his participation in the Puerto Rican Independence movement.  Jan Susler and other attorneys from People’s Law Office have represented Carlos since his arrest in 1980.
